Hỏi về System reliability

Chào các bác.
Em đang làm mấy cái models trong management và dùng đến thằng em Reliability. Giờ em gặp vấn đề với thằng ku 'multi state k-out-of-n systems' mà chưa biết xử lý thế nào. Có bác nào rành thì xin chỉ giáo cho em vài đường cơ bản nhé.
Vấn đề em đang gặp là:
1 - Phân biệt 2 chú em 'k-out-of-n:G' và 'k-out-of-n:F' systems
2 - Tính toán Reliability của 'multi state k-out-of-n systems' (non-repairable components)
Bác nào có thể cho em vài ví dụ minh hoạ thì tốt quá (các components trong model của em là các staff)

Tớ chả biết k-out-of-n system là cái gì. Google phát thì ngay link đầu tiên ra:
An n-component system that works (or is “good”) if and only if at least k of the n components work (or are good) is called a k-out-of-n:G system. An n-component system that fails if and only if at least k of the n components fail is called a k-out-of-n:F system. Based on these two deﬁnitions, a k-out-of-n:G system is equivalent to an (n − k + 1)-out-of-n:F system.
